    In the last 10-12 months, every time I try to call the post office in Karawara Waterford Plaza, it goes straight into fax or just disconnects! Is Post Office not taking calls any more and they want us to go to the office every time we have a simple question???

    It's true that when I called some strange fax-machine like sound was heard but I waited for 30-40 seconds and somebody picked the phone. Information provided was on spot and talking style was friendly.

    Rude, lacking basic customer skills and tried to overcharge me on international post. I am not one to call people up on english skills but level is worrying considering they are handling a lot of mail. I read these reviews before going to the shop but turns out they were exactly on point. Save yourself the hassle and go to another post office

    Disrespectful, extremely rude staff. Disappointing service. Came in to ask a simple question but couldn't even get it out before the guy behind the counter said no, cannot do that.
